TripTych made its debut on Wednesday, September 3, at the Architectural Studio of G Tests. The designer floated around the room, greeting every single attendee, as guests received complimentary wine glasses and quoted pins. TripTych shoes served as a centerpiece to the table set in the middle of the room.
Based on a “non-generic,” premise, TripTych takes pride in its originality and versatility. Unlike any other common make, the shoe’s image changes depending on which foot is displayed.
Each shoe is handmade from Italy, alluding to the designer’s Italian roots. The softness of the suede inside the shoe in conjunction with geometric color blocking on the exterior creates an unmistakable classic feminine appeal. “I wanted to make a shoe that is wearable from day to night,” the designer explained. The use of black, tan, ivory, and turquoise allowed her to do just that. Built especially for comfort and motion (dance served as the designer’s muse behind the construction of the shoe), the shoes are the perfect choice for the active woman.
