Clean cuts and silken textures are the name of the sartorial game in Paola Hernandez’s spring “Singularity” collection. Inspired by philosophy and a human’s journey to self-actualization, every look is tailored with intent.
Silken dresses and angular menswear in tangerine, navy, black, and white showcased Hernandez’s eye for simplicity without being bland. Her final look, a navy poncho dress, says it all without saying it loudly: fashion doesn’t have to be about fuss. The cherry atop (or below, rather) the collection were the stunning shoes paired with each look, also made by Hernandez. Smart wing-top oxfords with bright laces and striped chunky heel pumps in black and tangerine completed every look with a modern pop.
