Mathieu Mirano’s Spring 2015 presentation was a breath of fresh air. This season the talented young designer turned his sights to classic American sportswear to bring an unexpected touch to his love of glamour. The slightly reworked signature silhouettes from previous collections were adorned with lattice leather, white coral bead and wave detailing.

Mirano’s continuous search for innovation in design offered a lesson on juxtaposition: weightless silk chiffons were paired with structured rubberized cottons, luxurious silk and silk blends combined with stretch twill and neutral color palette complimented by a few pops of red. Intricacy of refinement offset by effortless feel of casual dressing.

From the very beginning of his promising career, Mirano’s attention to detail never fell short of perfection, and to please his loyal followers this season the designer has even included customized options for some of his silhouettes. Always impeccable in his approach, Mirano – who is currently engaged in a couple of celebrity collaborations that are yet to be announced – never ceases to amaze, and we just can’t stop gushing over him.
