Rich in color and texture, Son Jung Wan’s jewel-toned collection for fall was pieced, zipped and seamed together, creating an adventurous foray into the future. Gold lamé had definitely made a big comeback and was used as a trim at hems and side seams. Multicolored furs, iridescents and patent leather, all mixed together in the best possible way, played a major part in creating a futuristic vibe. Intricate seaming techniques and cuts were indispensable for added playfulness. While spectacular knits, fur and leather jackets were the main focus of the collection; knee-length dresses that came in solid colors as well as stripes deserved a special attention.
