Bespoken’s F/W 2013 presentation at Nomad Hotel took me back to a bygone era when clothing was masterfully crafted and menswear was something of an art form. “Part Savile Row and part Rock n’ Roll”, as the founders of the brand James, Sammy, Liam and Paulo would call it, Bespoken is modern man’s remedy to a formulaic wardrobe.

Their F/W presentation consisted of 18 smart looks ranging from casual to black tie with superb made-to-measure shirts being in the center of attention. Each look was thoroughly put together -- from lapels to pocket squares, ties and tie clips, pocket squares and buttons --it seemed the designers thought of everything, because, as they would say it, details matter.
